We may collect account details such as your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, and email address when available, along with subscription, billing, and payment status data.
We may also collect operational data needed to provide the service, including linked guilds, channels, roles, and emojis after authorization, plus technical logs and error events used for security and support.
The site can use browser local storage or similar client-side technologies to keep session state and make dashboard access work properly.
2. How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, create accounts, power the dashboard, provision hosted bots, activate subscriptions, deliver support, and protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Billing and subscription data is used to manage recurring payments, subscription changes, refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
4. Data retention
We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage subscriptions and accounts, meet legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud, abuse, or payment disputes.
