DEVORD Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the DEVORD website, dashboard, hosted Discord bot subscriptions, and the paid modules attached to those subscriptions.
1. Service overview
DEVORD provides hosted Discord bot subscriptions, a dashboard for managing those subscriptions, and optional paid add-ons that can be attached to each bundle.
By accessing the site, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service after updates, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be authorized to manage the server, community, or organization connected to the service, and you must provide accurate and complete information when using the platform.
You are responsible for securing your Discord account and any access it provides to your DEVORD dashboard.
- Use the service lawfully and in line with Discord rules and platform policies.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or abuse the hosted bots or infrastructure.
- Do not use DEVORD for spam, fraud, impersonation, malware, or other harmful activity.
3. What your purchase includes
A DEVORD purchase grants access to a hosted service that can include the managed base bot, dashboard access, and any modules selected during checkout.
Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, your purchase does not transfer source code ownership, hosted infrastructure ownership, or permanent ownership of the managed bot runtime.
4. Billing and renewals
Charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in the currency shown at checkout. Pricing can include the base managed plan, selected add-ons, and applicable taxes.
Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically for another billing cycle using the subscription items then associated with your account.
5. Cancellations and suspension
You can request cancellation from the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future recurring charges for later billing periods.
If the dashboard flow or subscription state indicates immediate service termination, hosted access can end when the cancellation is processed rather than at the end of a calendar month.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate service for failed payment, misuse, security concerns, breach of these Terms, or violations of Discord or payment-provider requirements.
6. Acceptable use
DEVORD may only be used for lawful, permitted purposes. We may refuse or end service that puts our platform, users, processors, or partners at risk.
- No illegal activity, restricted activity, or infringement of third-party rights.
- No card testing, payment abuse, or fraudulent subscription creation.
- No scraping, reverse engineering of protected systems, or attempts to degrade the service.
7. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero downtime, or error-free operation at all times.
We may update features, repackage modules, revise pricing, or change how parts of the service are delivered for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.
8. Intellectual property and liability limits
All rights in the DEVORD site, branding, interface, and software remain with us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and community assets you provide to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVORD is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the service.
